Our volunteers got together on Thursday October 18th for the second volunteer training session of the new Volunteer Programme.
We now have 4 solid teams who are working hard to organise our monthly Welcome Sessions, to plan our quarterly events, to think of unique ways to engage with more people and fundraise for Manchester City of Sanctuary, and to transform the website and update it with regular and creative content.
We were hosted by the wonderful University of Manchester – a partner we are enjoying working more closely with, as they truly demonstrate what it means to be a ‘University of Sanctuary’. Click here to find out more about becoming a Stream of Sanctuary.
