Our November volunteer training session took place at Manchester Central Library – providing us with the perfect space to plan our monthly activities and play some games.
We wanted to dedicate this training session to saying a big thank you to our volunteers for all of the hard work and energy that was poured into creating such a wonderful event last October. The teams spent the first half of the session planning activities for the month ahead, before going head-to-head in some friendly (and competitive!) team games. With December just around the corner, there was of course a Christmas theme and a few Santa hats thrown into the mix! We also had baklava (courtesy of Jandol bakery in Levenshulme).
A new volunteer and experienced videographer, Evan Crispell, joined us for the session and has gifted us with a brilliant video that you can find below – enjoy!
