Thursday evening saw the second of our new ‘welcome sessions’ take place at Cross Street Chapel. These sessions are to welcome newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers to Manchester!
The session was ran by our amazing team of volunteers and we had guest visitor Ibukun Jesusanmi, artist in residence at the Whitworth Art Gallery, doing some fantastic activities for everyone.
There was lots of smiley faces, tea drunk, cakes eaten and friends made! Look forward to the next one on 24th January!
