This month we held another Bridget’s Walks, on this occasion, we visited Macclesfield Forest. Our sanctuary seekers got stuck in with the walk and took in some beautiful scenery. By attending Bridget’s Walks our sanctuary seekers were able to connect with other people and take an active step towards improving their physical and mental wellbeing. We are very much looking forward to carrying on this activity each month. These sessions have been arranged for our sanctuary seekers who have our Health and Wellbeing Pass, which is in accordance with the government’s guidelines on 5 Steps to Wellbeing.
Those sanctuary seekers who attended said that they were able to create some fun memories. As always, we would like to thank Bridget for organizing these walks.
