. Food was a welcome topic for everyone. We talked about the various differences between English and non-English food. We talked about how food, the tastes, the smells and sounds of cooking, for example were associated with memories of home and family.

For a special breakfast by Francisco
In my country we have pudding rice. It is like the same way people make rice pudding in England.
To start the dish we boil the rice and after put the milk into the same pot and leave it to cook for half an hour or for 45 minutes. Then add sugar in the end and you can even eat it with chocolate on top. The taste is very delicious.

For the rich people, the breakfast is the same as for Occidental people.
In Congo we have more tribes [430] and 430 different breakfasts.
