It’s safe to say that Bridget’s November nataure walk was a special one. We were joined in Disley by the local Quaker group, who hosted us for lunch in their beautiful meeting house.
The walk was scenic, the food was delicious and, most importantly, everybody had the chance to engage in friendly conversations and get to know each other.
Can you help?
To keep our walkers warm and dry during the winter months, we’re asking for donations of hiking gear – walking boots, waterproofs, gloves and hats.
If anybody has a donation, please can you drop them off at reception in Levenshulme Inspire, 747 Stockport Rd, Manchester M19 3AR, and text or call Sally on 07738564278 to let us know they’re there. If you can’t make it to Levenshulme, please call to arrange pick-up from a location suitable for you.
Walking boots are a priority, so please dig deep in your wardrobes, and ask family, friends and neighbours so we can make the most of our January and February walks. Thank you!
